Adding and Removing Wine

Collector Services

Wine Cellarage has been a pleasure to deal with on all levels. They are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the Wine industry. Tasks Performed for All Wine Additions & Removals

  • The Wine Cellarage updates your inventory on each wine added or removed using our leading edge database and bar code tracking.
  • The Wine Cellarage performs all wine pick-ups and deliveries via our 55°F temperature-controlled vehicle. We require 24 hours advanced notice for delivery within Manhattan. A 3-hour notice is required for pick-up from our facility. Please email us at orders@winecellarage.com to make pick-up and delivery arrangements. The Wine Cellarage will receive and store wine on your behalf shipped directly from outside suppliers.

Adding Wine

  • For your initial move in, contact one of our Fine Wine Experts at (718) 991-5700 to make arrangements and for a price quote.

  • Purchase wine from The Wine Cellarage and select Place In My Storage Account at checkout.

  • Arrange pick-ups using our temperature-controlled vehicle or have wine dropped off at our 22,000 square ft. state-of-the-art wine storage facility.

  • Ship wine directly to The Wine Cellarage. Please address all packages to the The Wine Cellarage Wine Delivery address, care of yourself.

  • All wine arrivals generate a next-business-day email acknowledgement.

  • Once inventoried (timing varies based on quantity received), you'll be sent an email confirmation detailing the wines that have been added to your Storage Activity Report.

Removing Wine

  • Arrange local delivery using our temperature-controlled vehicle or ship your wine domestically or internationally.

  • Pick-up your wine in person at our wine storage facility.

  • Transfer your wine long-distance using a temperature-controlled freight forwarder.

All wine is stored in temperature and humidity controlled conditions.
