Charles Bieler has been crafting his delicious Provençal rosé, Bieler Père et Fils Sabine, for the last 5 years. Named for his daughter, Sabine, who was born the same year as the wine’s first vintage, this rosé honors Charles’ father, Philippe, who introduced he and his sister to the wine business. This rosé continues the Bieler family reputation that was built over 13 years at Chateau Routas and the last three years with Three Thieves.

"The ‘10 vintage was a bit cooler than the last resulting in a rose that’s not quite as opulent but with greater spice and layers of complexity. There is the usual and wonderful underlying raspberry, bing cherry, and wild strawberry with a spicy minerality that keeps the fruit in check.
