Sean Capiaux established Capiaux Cellars in 1994, where he crafts beautiful, delicious single-vineyard Pinot Noirs. Sean is a Pinot Noir expert with an impressive winemaking resume, which includes Jordan, Pine Ridge and Peter Michael in California and Houghton Winery in Australia. Bicoastal for five years (from 1996 to 2001), Sean has also made wine for Macari Vineyards, Jamesport Vineyards and Schneider Vineyards on the North Fork of Long Island, NY. In addition to Capiaux Cellars, Sean is the winemaker at O'Shaughnessy estate winery in Napa’s Howell Mountain appellation.
