International Wine Cellarage (IWC) Review

IWC 87-90
these vines were picked at the beginning of the harvest) Palish yellow color. Superripe aromas of orange and honey; reminded me of an Alsace pinot gris. Dense, rich and spicy, with palate-staining flavors of orange, pineapple and lemon peel. An attractive, opulent Chablis with plenty of personality, if in a rather extreme style. Picq notes that there was less hail here and thus he was able to pick by hand and use his sorting table. The concentration is largely due to the high percentage of tiny, millerande grapes.

Burghound/Allen Meadows (BH) Review

BH 88-91
Very fresh and bright aromas of grapefruit, white flower and sea breeze complement perfectly the notably rich, full and naturally sweet flavors that possess excellent mid-palate concentration and superb finishing intensity on the extended finish. This is not an elegant wine but it's beautifully well balanced and delivers serious punch and length.
