Wine Advocate (WA) Review

WA 95
The 2002 Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Cuvee Speciale Les Chetillons, from one of the top sites in Mesnil, positively explodes on the palate. Layers of ripe fruit lead to smoke, minerals and ash in this opulent, full-bodied Champagne. The 2002 Chetillons is painfully young at this stage, but its class and sheer pedigree are impossible to miss. This is a fabulous, breathtaking Champagne from Pierre Peters. The Chetillons is made from three parcels with vines ranging from 35 to 68 years of age.
