Product Description
This Chateauneuf-du-Pape is produced in a traditional way. Fermentation lasts 18 to 20 days. The wines are aged in oak barrels over a period of 12 to 18 months and are not filtered. Therefore, the wines are powerful, round, with pronounced aromas of red fruit and spices. The tannins present in young vintages can keep the wine from the best of ways. The optimal time for the drink is between 5 and 10 years, depending on the tastes and vintages. The Chateauneuf-du-Pape with meat, with sauces as well as the most delicious cheeses.
