International Wine Cellars (IWC) Review

Slightly hazy appearance and bit more yellow than the McCrea. Richer, more perfumed aromas of orange blossom, nuts, spices and dried fruits. Concentrated, dense and suave, with lively balancing acidity and floral lift. Kistler describes this wine as "one of our softer '99s." Finishes with very good length. A strong note of coconut lingers in the empty glass.

Rich and intense, with complex layers of fig, anise, apricot and sage, packing in lots of flavor while maintaining a sense of elegance and grace
